I have twice in the past week made use of Santie Horn’s professional service.

 

In the one instance, she negotiated for me a unit price of R990,00 (I googled it and saw it is advertised for R1499,00 per unit).  My savings here was R509,00 per unit X 3 nights.

At the second venue, Santie offered me an unit at Wilderness for R1363 per unit (googled price is R1782,00). My savings R419,00 per night.

The total I saved for 6 nights B&B for 2 persons in two pretty decent places in Herold’s Bay/Wilderness adds up to R2 784,00, this is a 29% saving.

 

I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude for the assistance provided to me during the past week.  Over and above the huge saving, Santie within hours after a request from me, came back with quotes.

Her efficiency and service delivery skills are excellent, thank you.

I on 2 July 2019 (9h15) requested quotations. A mere 3,5 hours later Santie provided me with several quotations. After having selected one and following a telephonic conversation I was issued with a Confirmation Voucher around 16h34.  I was thus assisted within roughly 7 hours from my valid enquiry.

 

Kindly note that the service and assistance given to me by Santie were impressive, exceeded all my expectations and are appreciated. I thank you.

Just a few lines regarding our travels to the UK during April 2019, hotel bookings as well as internal flights booked and arranged by Cathy Lawrence.

What a wonderful experience!!!.

Cathy went out of her way to try and stay within our budget and she kept in contact with us all the time. She also made sure that we had our boarding passes for the internal flights, sometime with great difficulties.

Not once did we have a problem with checking in at a hotel, all six of them!!

 Die verblyf wat U vir ons in Sedgefield by Shearwater On Sea gereel het (16 – 18 Mei 2011) was uit die boek uit. Die plek was skoon en netjies en ons kon toe die see sien uit die eenheid wat ons gehad het. By ons aankoms is ons meegedeel dat die eenheid die Woensdag nie gediens sal word nie as gevolg van die verkiesing en ons het geweet wat om te verwag. Sal definief weer daar oorbly.

 Ons verblyf by die Areena Riverside Lodge (19 Mei 2011) was ‘n bietjie van ‘n teleurstelling maar dit was ons wat versoek het om daar te bly. Toe ons aandete wou voorberei ontdek ons dat al die potte en die pan in die eenheid vuil is. Die volgende oggend was die teleurstelling nog groter toe ons ontdek dat daar nie warm water beskikbaar is vir bad nie. Seker die rede vir die vuil potte ook. Beslis nie iets wat van ‘n drie ster oord verwag word nie. Die res van die eenheid was egter skoon en netjies. Voornemende vakansiegangers kan ook gerus gewaarsku word dat die kraanwater na seewater smaak. Ons het voor agtuur die oggend vertrek en kon toe nie ons klagtes persoonlik onder die oord bestuur se aandag bring nie. Ons het wel vir hulle ‘n briefie gelos.

 By beide oorde was die ontvangs goed georganiseer en alle dokumentasie reeds voltooi by ons aankoms. Dankie ook vir jou insette hier.

 Ons waardeer “die ekstra myl wat jy vir ons geloop het”.
